The idea
Separate the asset's purpose, supply, control, liquidity and custody requirements. Distinguish verifiable facts from promotional forecasts. Consider how the position would be exited and what could prevent access. A checklist organizes questions; it does not certify an asset as suitable or profitable.
A worked example
A compelling product story can coexist with concentrated token ownership and shallow liquidity. Those are separate research questions.
